This is a great opportunity for local organizations and health care providers to meet Southeast Arizona residents and have a great time supporting a local cause! Food services, and other community related vendors are encouraged to participate as well.


Unfortunantly we are unable to accomodate political or religious vendors. 

Businesses are responsible for their own setup on April 13th, from 6-7 a.m. and tear down around 11 AM. 

 Vendors will be indoors so a shade is not needed.  You will need to provide your own table and chairs. However, please remember there is no fee to you to be a vendor at our event. 

If we have more vendors apply then indoor locations, the indoor locations will go to the vendors who applied first. This site will then be updated to inform newly  applying vendors that they will be in an outdoor location. 

Vendors  will provide their own tables, shading and chairs.

Vendors are responsible for complying with all applicable city business license requirements.
